About Us
Someone actually reads your order
Stillhearth is a small operation, and every order passes through a person before anything is made. When you upload a photo, someone looks at it and writes back to check the spelling of their name. Nothing goes into production until you've replied.
The pieces are made by a production partner with the equipment the printing and assembly need. Our part is making sure the right photo, the right name and the right years reach them, and that what comes back is what you asked for.
What we decided not to make
There's a whole industry of pet memorial products, and a lot of it is paw prints, rainbow bridges and angel wings. Some people want that, and there's nothing wrong with it.
We wanted something you could keep in the room without it announcing itself. A photograph, their name, the years you had, and a light. Nothing that tells you how to feel about it.
Why it takes three weeks
Nothing is made in advance. There's no shelf of these somewhere waiting for a photo. Each one is made after you order — slower than buying off a shelf, and the only way it can carry their face.
If that's too slow for a date you have in mind, tell us when you order and we'll say honestly whether it can be done.
